TPMS sensor installation – Best Practices Tip #4

 

Prior to doing a TPMS relearn procedure on any vehicle always check to be sure the tires are all inflated to the manufacturers suggested pressure.  These suggested pressures can be found on the driver side door placard near the VIN plate. 

Improperly inflated tires or tires not set within the manufacturers settings for that vehicle can prevent a TPMS relearn from completing.  for more information on TPMS relearn and reset procedures go to www.tpmsrelearn.com
